"Amy was kind and thoughtful from our first phone conversation. Amy learned about me quickly and worked to meet my needs and wants. I felt support from Amy through the process of my home buying experience. I started out looking for an existing home, but found that building was going to be the best option. Amy was great to sit with me in meetings, asking questions that I didn’t know to ask. I would highly recommend Amy!"

"You need Amy if you are buying or selling a home!! She is an expert in the market, a great negotiator, very responsive, and excellent at communicating. She was patient with us until we found our home and then worked quickly to get our deals closed. The competitive market and the stress of moving our family was very overwhelming at times but Amy was calm, understanding, and reassuring. Could not recommend her more!"

"Amy Gibbons was truly exceptional. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Amy responsiveness was incredible. If she not able to pick up, she always calls back immediately. She was patient and take the time with all of our questions and our needs during the process to sell our house. She was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend Amy!"

"Amy is everything you need in a Realtor! She is so easy and fun to work with! She is so knowledgeable about the market, she’s pays attention to details, she pointed out things to watch out for in a home and always pointed out things you could do to up the resale value! She helped us negotiate and beat out 3 other offers on the home we purchased! She always responded to us fast! Amy also has so many connections for any work you need to do on your home she has a guy! "Amy is amazing to work with. She knows SO much about Salt Lake and the surrounding areas. We were very new to the whole process of buying a home and she answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Her response time is incredible and she made sure the seller held up their end of the contract. I would give her 10 out of 5 stars if I could."
